Moon watching almanac information helps you know when to view certain events, what is happening, and how it relates to other astronomical events. MoonWatcher provides a summary of the moon phase dates and times, eclipse dates and viewing locations, moon rise and moon set time rules of thumb, names of full moons, perigee and apogee dates, equinox and solstices dates and times, and information about upcoming blue moons. There are diagrams and interpretive charts to illustrate the moon’s orbital position and how it produces the phases we see.
Most of our moon calendars have the MoonWatcher for that year included with them… but we put this guide online so that you can share your love of the moon with family & friends.
